It was a dog eat dog world in Seattle, WA on Sunday afternoon and it was almost the wrong Huskies who came out on top.
After falling behind by 14 points in the first half, Lasan Kromah and a cast of other UConn Huskies sparked a 15-2 run to get them back into the game.
They took the lead for good late in the first half and UConn never looked back from there in an 82-70 win over the Washington Huskies in front of 7,059 at Alaska Airlines Arena.
UConn heads into the Christmas break at 10-1 while Washington falls to 6-5.
DeAndre Daniels rounded out the Huskies in double figures with 10 points.
UConn returns to action this Saturday when they'll host the Eastern Washington Eagles on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, CT.
