Former Boston Red Sox now Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona made his return to Fenway Park last night. Well we should say return in a baseball uniform.

He was back last year for the 100 year celebration and while as a member of the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball broadcast team. But this was foreign territory to him being in the visitor's dugout as the opposing manager.

We've all seen how animated Boston Red Sox reliever Koji Uehara can be after a good outing on the mound when he comes into the dugout.

But what happens when you're not paying attention to his high-five. Well, if you're Shane Victorino, you get smacked in the face.

Clay Buchholz looks to stay as the only undefeated Red Sox starter in his 10th start of 2013. In his previous nine starts, Buchholz is 6-0 with a 1.78 ERA. He picked up a no decision in his only start against them in 2012 after allowing a run in eight innings of work. He's made five career starts against the south siders and is 1-2 with a 5.02 ERA. Two of those starts have come at U.S. Cellular where he is 1-1 with a 4.91 ERA (6 ER/11 IP).

Hector Santiago steps in for Chris Sale, who was skipped due to shoulder soreness, to make his fifth start (13th appearance) of 2013. In his previous 12 appearances (four starts), Santiago is 1-2 with a 2.78 ERA. His lone appearance against the visiting nine came last season when allowed two runs in three innings and received a no decision.
