Jarrod Saltalamacchia started a two-out rally in the 11th inning with an infield and Will Middlebrooks kept it going with a single of his own.
But it was Stephen Drew who made the sure game ended as he delivered a walkoff double to give the Boston Red Sox a 6-5 win in 11 innings over the Minnesota Twins on Monday night.

After being swept in Texas, the Boston Red Sox return home for a seven-game homestand. Tonight, they'll kick it off with the first of four games against the Minnesota Twins at historic Fenway Park.
First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 p.m. If you live in the Red Sox television market you can catch the game on NESNPlus. If you live in the Twins television market, you can catch the game on Fox Sports North. And if you can't catch the game on television, you can always listen on the 2013 Red Sox Radio Network.
Dr. Clay Buchholz looks to make it seven straight wins in his seventh start of 2013. In his previous six starts, Buchholz is 6-0 with an 1.01 ERA. He made two starts against the Twins in 2012 and was 1-0 with a 3.65 ERA. Buchholz has made five career starts against the Twinkies and is 3-1 with a 4.25 ERA.
After three years in the NL, Vance Worley makes his seventh start of 2013 in the AL for the Twins. In his previous six starts, Worley is 0-4 with a 7.22 ERA. His lone career start against the Red Sox came in 2011 when he picked up the win after allowing one run in seven innings of work. Tonight will mark his first start at the Fens.

After falling last night, the Boston Red Sox look to salvage the series this afternoon in the finale of a three-game set with the Texas Rangers at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (TX).
First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 p.m. If you live in the Red Sox television market you can catch the game on NESN. Jon Lester looks to stay perfect in his seventh start of 2013. In his previous six starts, Lester is 4-0 with a 3.11 ERA. He made two starts against the Rangers in 2012 and was 0-2 with an 11.42 ERA (11 ER/8.2 IP). He's made 10 career starts against the Rangers and is 3-3 with a 4.57 ERA. Three of those starts have come in Arlington where he is 1-0 with a 3.72 ERA.
The AL strikeout leader Yu Darvish makes his seventh start of 2013. In his previous six starts, Darvish is 5-1 with a 2.33 ERA. His lone career start against the Red Sox came in 2012 when he took the loss after allowing six runs in 6.2 innings.
