Philip Humber (L), Alfredo Aceves (R)

After falling last night, the Boston Red Sox look to close out the month of May with their 20th win of the month in game two of a three-game set with the Chicago White Sox at Fenway Park.

Tonight’s game will start at 7:10 p.m. and will be televised on NESN in the Red Sox television market. If you live in the White Sox television market, you can watch the game on WCIU.  And if you can’t catch the television broadcast, you can always listen to the game on the 2011 Red Sox Radio Network.

Alfredo Aceves looks to put together another good outing in his 14th appearance (third start) of 2011. In his previous 13 appearances (two starts) Aceves is 2-0 with a 2.22 ERA. He made two appearances against the White Sox in 2010 as a member of the Yankees and was 1-0 with 0.00 ERA (0 ER/2 IP). He’s made five career appearances (one start) against the south siders in his career and is 2-0 with a 4.05 ERA (6 ER/13.1 IP).

Rookie Philip Humber makes his 10th start of 2011 for the always outspoken Ozzie Guillen. In his previous nine starts, Humber is 3-3 with a 2.85 ERA.  This will be his first career start against the Boston Red Sox.
