First day of spring training and the Boston Red Sox already have had one player suffer an injury. And it comes to one of the key starting pitchers for the 2013 season.

According to manager John Farrell, Clay Buchholz suffered a mild strain of his right hamstring covering first base during PFP's. The good news is that it doesn't appear to be that bad and he should only miss a few days of workouts.

The one thing you need to worry about with a hamstring injury is it recurring again, especially when you're a pitcher and it's the leg you push off on. It's the last thing the Red Sox need is to have one of their best pitchers battling this all season long.

Other than that, no big news out of camp today.
